Walking trails, parking lots, and roads at Double Bluff Recreation Area

In June 2026, WRF Paving Company proudly completed paving work at the new Double Bluff Recreation Area in Jonesville, North Carolina. This exciting outdoor destination offers something for everyone, and we're honored to have played a role in making it more accessible and enjoyable for the community.

Our scope of work included paving the park's handicap-accessible walking trails, the main access road, and three parking lots. These improvements provide safe, durable access for visitors of all ages and abilities while enhancing the overall functionality of the park.

Double Bluff Recreation Area is quickly becoming a premier outdoor destination in the region, featuring more than four miles of walking, hiking, and running trails, over five miles of mountain bike trails, an 18-hole disc golf course, a playground, Yadkin River boat access, fishing access, shelters, and restrooms.
